Se aceptan cambios en los siguientes casos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Si tu pedido ha llegado roto o defectuoso.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para tramitar una devoluci\u00f3n ponte en contacto con nosotros para ofrecerte\u00a0toda la\u00a0ayuda\u00a0necesaria. Debes enviarnos un email a <a href=\"mailto:pedidos@niji.es\">pedidos@niji.es<\/a> \u00a0indic\u00e1ndonos los siguientes puntos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Motivo de la devoluci\u00f3n del producto.<\/li>\n<li>Qu\u00e9 producto quieres cambiar.<\/li>\n<li>Tus datos personales: nombre completo, e-mail con el que realizaste el pedido y n\u00famero de pedido.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En el momento en que nos hayas enviado el e-mail te explicaremos c\u00f3mo tramitar la devoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de que tu pedido haya llegado en\u00a0<strong>mal estado o defectuoso<\/strong>, dispones de\u00a0<strong>2 d\u00edas<\/strong>\u00a0para notificarnos de dicho problema. Las opciones de cambios ser\u00e1n las siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cambiar el producto por otro igual.<\/li>\n<li>Si el producto a cambiar lleg\u00f3 en mal estado, nosotros nos hacemos cargo de los costes de env\u00edo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Se puede\u00a0<strong>cancelar un pedido\u00a0<\/strong>antes del plazo de expedici\u00f3n. Si quieres cancelar tu pedido env\u00edanos un e-mail a pedidos@niji.es\u00a0notificando la cancelaci\u00f3n de tu pedido y los motivos. Haremos todo lo posible para ayudarte. Tambi\u00e9n\u00a0podr\u00e1s cancelar manualmente tus pedidos en el historial de pedidos desde tu cuenta de usuario. Si no te aparece el enlace para realizar la cancelaci\u00f3n, probablemente ya habremos preparado y enviado tu pedido.
